What to bring: wear comfortable clothing, bring slippers or comfy socks, outdoor clothing to meet Sunshine, journal, yoga mat (for journeying), lunch (local eateries are also available), crystals or objects you’d like to activate on our shrine. Drums or other instruments if you have them.
